Fame is the legendary musical based on the New York School of Performing Arts (and it was, so I am told, the subject of a TV soap some time ago as well as an Oscar winning film). The story is simple – it follows the lives and loves, successes and failures  of students of the school over four years.  Do you want to live forev-er, do you want to learn how to fly – y ?  Oh Yes! Here’s the place. Its still going at the West End, and now at the Aldwych.
