In my judgment, the West End is good for weekend purchasers and theatre goers but could be a tiny nerve wracking for longer stays with constant noise and crowds. Also the hotel costs have a tendency to be higher than areas neighboring the West End like Bayswater and Kensington. Attempt to utilize a high rise hotel to bring you out of the noise and air pollution.
Getting round the West End is easy ; most hostels have a complimentary street guide of the West End. Walking is the most convenient method as you’ll see much more of what you’ve come to London for ; on the way from one place to another. The West End is reasonably spread out, but when you have purchased a regular or weekly travel pass, hopping the buses or a tube is usually an option. China City is excellent for food and cures in the various eateries, shops and shops that trade in everything that’s Eastern and paranormal. Acupuncture and massage is also bounteous in this special place in London. Theatres are many and have the most spellbinding, entertaining and foot stomping shows internationally American A-listers dream about treading the boards in London, it is considered by some as better than Broadway. Shopping can be good too with bargains, and unique designer shops everywhere.
